Austria restaurant is located in the beautifully restored cellars of the Austrian palace in the street Štefánikova not far from new shopping center Smichov, Andel (Prague 5) and offers excellent dishes of Czech and international cuisine. In the festival restaurant menu you can find a cold soup of roast peppers with vegetable tartar sauce and fried fillet of trout, grilled pike with a potato parfait, topped with a sauce of watercress salad and confit of garlic. For dessert, guests can taste apple pie with cherries and cream.
Restaurant Chateau St. Havel, located in Prague 4, in the heart of a magnificent park in English style offers to visitors a variety of dishes of Czech and international cuisine, created from traditional recipes, taste of which is enriched with modern methods of cooking. Festival menu of the restaurant presents terrine of freshwater fish fillet with vegetable jelly, horseradish sauce, crunchy toast and butter infused with herbs, rainbow trout fillet with herbs, cooked in wine, pair served with saffron sauce, roasted season vegetables and mashed potatoes with nutmeg. For dessert, guests can enjoy chocolate cake with cherries and mint.
Restaurant Fluidum, located in Prague 3, is a small cozy family restaurant under the leadership of Chef Ondřej Soukup, where the tradition of Czech cuisine combined with natural ecologically pure products, grown by local farmers, creating a unique combination of rich taste of food and a homelike atmosphere. Festival menu of the restaurant Fluidum presented by Tshebonskim carp, marinated with vegetables and fennel, and South Bohemian trout stuffed with lemon grass, with eggplant-tomato mousse cake and basil. For dessert you can eat soft cheese ravioli from steamed, with seasonal fruits.
Bistro Krystal Mozaika Bistro, located in Prague-8, offers to its visitors the best Czech cuisine, prepared with love and care, only from the freshest of traditional Czech products from local suppliers. Seafood Festival in the restaurant Krystal Mozaika Bistro represented by rolls from smoked trout with raspberry sauce, fillet of pike perch with vegetables, dumplings with cottage cheese and melted butter for dessert.
Also in the action take part Ristorante Rialto in Brno and restaurant U konÄ› in central Bohemia. The festival will end on August 15.
