Bílá combines active mountain experiences with trails, viewpoints and attractions for families. At the heart of the area is the Bílá ski resort, with red-difficulty FIS runs as well as blue family runs. There is also the bike park on Zbojnická Mountain, a children's world with unusual activities and several routes showcasing different sides of the Beskids. When choosing accommodation in Bílá, you can therefore weigh up winter sports, mountain biking experiences, viewpoints and a varied day with children.

Ski Resort and Bike Park on the Mountain

The Bílá ski resort offers red-difficulty FIS runs as well as blue family runs. Mountain bikers can enjoy a different form of mountain activity on the SingleTrails Bílá. The SingleTrails are one-way routes on Zbojnická Mountain designed as a bike park. The attractions therefore differ both in terms of the sport and the form of the routes.

Routes with Views and by the Water

The K Evropskému rozvodí (Bobek) route begins at the upper station of the Zbojník chairlift. It offers views of the Beskid Mountains as well as the Slovak mountain ranges of Malá Fatra, Velká Fatra and Sulovské skály.

The Bílanská promenade offers a different atmosphere. It runs along the river and features numerous climbing and play structures for children. This makes it distinctly different from a mountain route with panoramic views for families who want to combine exercise with brief moments of discovery. Maxův klauz adds a five-kilometre route in one direction to the selection. The specific distance information helps you assess this attraction separately from the viewpoints and play structures.

Family Attractions and Special Natural Sites

Dětský letní park offers a water world, a climbing centre, go-karts, aquazorbing and a tubing track.

One of the unusual natural features is the Pramen Smradlavá sulphur spring. It contains hydrogen-sulphide-rich water and is located near the Velký Smradlavý stream on the Bílá–Beskyd–Bumbálka route. The Salajka National Nature Reserve, on the other hand, is not accessible to the public. However, you can view it from a yellow-marked hiking trail from Bumbálka to the Salajka forester's lodge. This trail runs for approximately 500 m along the western edge of the reserve. The restriction applies to the reserve itself; the view described is from the marked trail.

Planning Your Stay

The NA BÍLÉ Tourist Information Centre is located in the Bílá ski resort in the Beskids. To travel to the Church of St. Bedřich, bus connections from Frýdek-Místek towards Konečná and Bumbálka at the state border with Slovakia, as well as from Rožnov p. R. to Bílá, are available. This means that, in addition to the natural and sporting attractions, you can also include the town and its transport connections in your stay planning.

Other destinations you can consider when making your selection include Řepiště, Bruzovice, Ostravice, Malenovice, Milíkov U Jablunkova, Bystrice Nad Olsi, Horní Domaslavice and Ropice.
