Do you want to taste sea flavored soup de poisson? Or delicious veloute chestnuts with thin truffle slices and truffle oil? Or fried perch with almonds, white onion, baked with white wine and parmesan cheese served with lemon and lime confit? Or maybe you prefer tender beef stewed for 12 hours in thick morel sauce garnished with mashed purple potatoes and celery? Rabbit leg stewed in white wine served with creamy butter, green peas and horseradish? Or a pink deer saddle roasted with juniper, four kinds of onions and vegetables served with fragrant thyme leaves sauce? All this and much more you can try at one of the most exciting and popular festivals, which begins in mid-January in the Czech Republic, - Grand Restaurant Festival 2012.

Current Grand Restaurant Festival 2012 will be the largest ever. In this culinary festival will take part 12 regions of the Czech Republic and more than 60 top restaurants of the country, where will be presented nearly 200 best dishes from famous chefs. Festival visitors can not only taste a variety of dishes in the most famous restaurants of the Czech Republic, but visit various restaurants and regions on the Mnam Bus and Mnam Vlak (train).
