Czech Airlines introduce new route

In the very first spring months spring one of the oldest European Airlines, “Czech Airlines”, plans to launch new air route Lviv-Prague.

According to the regional administration of the city of Lviv, the creation of such direct flight from Golden Prague, one of Europe's biggest tourist attractions, will have a beneficial impact on the development of international tourism in the Lviv region.

Lviv airport, which will be the final destination of the new route, is the largest in Western Ukraine. At the moment, as a part of preparation of transport, sporting and residential infrastructure in Lviv for the upcoming Euro 2012, at the international airport "Lviv", chosen by Czech Airlines for the new route, is actively carried out the reconstruction of the runway and building of a new passenger terminal.

The new route of Czech Airlines from Prague to Lviv will be opened no later than May 2010.

Information: Czech Airlines is the oldest European air carrier and has one of the most modern fleets. The company maintains its successful action in freight and passenger traffic since 1923 and currently offers flights to more than 110 destinations in 45 different countries.
